Contains: cashew, soy


Slices of zucchini, yellow squash, and bell peppers layered with caramelized onions, spinach, mushrooms, gluten-free lasagne noodles, herby-tomato sauce, and a tofu-based ricotta. Topped with vegan parmesan and cashew cream. Served with a simple green salad and vinaigrette.


Ingredients: spinach pasta, nutritional yeast, spices, olive oil, white wine vinegar, tahini, miso, salt, zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, cremini mushroom, onion, cashew, mixed greens, garlic, lemon
