Tortilla Soup and Mexican Wedding Cookies

Fire-roasted tomatoes, corn, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, onions, black beans, shredded hearts of palm and Mexican spices combine in a lightly spiced broth. Garnished with crispy corn tortilla strips, cilantro, diced avocado and a fresh pepita-lime crema. Small dessert of Mexican wedding cookies.
