Copy of GF Option: Greek Orzo + Spring Lentil Soup


An assortment of flash-roasted vegetables to include zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, peppers, and mushrooms tossed in a garlic-herb oil with GF orzo and fresh herbs. Garnished with cherry tomatoes. Side soup of lentils, kale, carrots and aromatics with fresh greens, herbs and a hearty dose of lemon to round out the flavors.
