An assortment of flash-roasted vegetables to include zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, peppers, and mushrooms tossed in a garlic-herb oil with GF orzo and fresh herbs. Garnished with cherry tomatoes. Side soup of lentils, kale, carrots and aromatics with fresh greens, herbs and a hearty dose of lemon to round out the flavors.


Ingredients: gluten free pasta, vegetable broth, lentils, herbs, spices, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, bell pepper, onion, eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, green onion, tomatoes, garlic, carrot, kale, lemon
