Wedges of skin-on Yukon golds in a savory seasoning mix, air fried for a crisped crust and creamy center. Lightly seasoned and flash-roasted broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, red bell, cremini mushrooms and red onions to be drizzled with an herby and tangy chimichurri sauce and topped with protein crumbles made from white beans, walnuts, minced mushrooms and Italian seasonings.


Ingredients: cannellini, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, spices, herbs, avocado oil, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, tamari, salt, yukon golds, cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, carrots, red onion, yellow pepper, walnut, mushroom, sun dried tomatoes
