GF Option: Cauli-Mac Bake + Crispy 'Bacon' Beans + Green Salad

A 50/50 mix of gluten-free macaroni noodles and cauliflower florets baked in a luscious cashew-based sauced topped with seasoned gluten-free breadcrumbs. Garnished with crispy 'bacon' beans and green onions. (This is a play on baked mac 'n cheesei, substituting cauliflower for about half of the macaroni.) Served with a mixed green salad and French dressing.
