A 50/50 mix of gluten-free macaroni noodles and cauliflower florets baked in a luscious cashew-based sauced topped with seasoned gluten-free breadcrumbs. Garnished with crispy 'bacon' beans and green onions. (This is a play on baked mac 'n cheesei, substituting cauliflower for about half of the macaroni.) Served with a mixed green salad and French dressing.


Ingredients: kidney beans, nutritional yeast, herbs, spices, apple cider vinegar, tamari, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, red wine vinegar, liquid smoke, dijon, lettuce, salt, cauliflower, cashews, pepper, GF pasta, carrots, celery, radish, radicchio, garlic, tomatoes
