Green cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, celery, carrot, ginger, garlic, and crumbled tofu stir-fried in a light tamari-based sauce. Served with lettuce cups (for wrapping) and hoisin sauce. Small dessert of chia pudding layered with fresh cranberry sauce.
