GF Option: Tortilla Soup + Mexican Wedding Cookies


Fire-roasted tomatoes, corn, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, onions, black beans, shredded hearts of palm and Mexican spices combine in a lightly spiced broth. Garnished with crispy corn tortilla strips, cilantro, diced avocado and a lime wedge. Small dessert of gluten-free Mexican wedding cookies.
