A traditional Indian curry with carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, and garbanzo beans in a warming and rich coconut based curry sauce seasoned with turmeric, garam masala, and cumin. Served with sliced and steamed new potatoes tossed in a gently seasoned Indian-spiced oil.
