Oven-roasted broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, and onions tossed with a gluten free pasta and a freshly made winter pesto of kale, basil, walnuts, garlic, and olive oil. Topped with white beans gently seasoned in a garlic-herb oil. As is our custom, this is a veg-heavy dish with a 50/50 mix of pasta and veggies.
