A healthier take on the Southern tradition. Yellow corn grits, fresh collard greens, caramelized sweet onions, and garlic enriched with a bit of ‘cheezy’ cashew cream. Topped with bacon-beans and a browned-butter sauce made with classic Frank’s Hot Sauce. Served with a crisp green salad and classic ranch dressing.
