Classic Italian style soup. Heirloom white beans are soaked overnight and cooked with kombu to aid in digestion. Loaded with onions, celery, carrot, fennel, garlic, fresh herbs and a touch of cashew milk to enrich the broth. Finished off with a healthy dose of lemon and baby kale. Served with croutons made from local Sly & Son's sourdough bread and a baby green salad with champagne vinaigrette.
