Traditional tabbouleh gets a protein upgrade from quinoa. Seasoned with fresh herbs and mixed with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber and a light lemon-vinaigrette.. Creamy hummus with an extra hit of lemon for drizzling or dipping your crispy Greek-seasoned potato wedges. Crispy garbanzo beans add contrasting texture and an extra dose of protein while a cashew-based tzatziki sauce brings everything together.
