Saffron Risotto + Spring Ragout + Tomato Salad


Creamy arborio rice flavored with onions, celery, garlic, saffron and white wine. A touch of cheesiness from nutritional yeast and vegan butter. Topped with a ragout of leeks, asparagus, radishes, green peas and lima beans cooked in herbs and white wine. Fresh tomatoes, shallot and basil for salad garnish.
