Singapore Noodles + Tofu

Charred sweet onions, carrots, green cabbage, bell peppers, green onions, crispy tofu, and vermicelli noodles. Stir-fried and seasoned with garlic, tamari, white wine, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, yellow curry, and a touch of sweetness. This is a dry-noodle dish, rather than saucy.
