A 50/50 mix of spaghetti squash and traditional spaghetti noodles tossed with fresh baby spinach, artichokes and onions in a garlic-herb oil. To be topped with a classic red sauce and meatballs made of tempeh and black beans. Cashew-based vegan Parmesan for sprinkling. *CASHEW ON SIDE
