A traditional Indian curry with carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, and garbanzo beans in a warming and rich coconut based curry sauce seasoned with turmeric, garam masala, and cumin. Served with basmati rice and Indian-spiced Bombay potatoes.
