Vietnamese Salad (or wrap) + Marinated Tofu + Peanut Dressing

A salad/wrap version of our popular spring rolls. Green leaf lettuce, cilantro, basil, mint, julienned carrots, purple cabbage and red bell peppers gorgeously seasoned with mint, cilantro, basil and green onions. Vermicelli noodles are lightly coated in sesame oil and tossed with salad mix and a peanut-sauce dressing just before serving. Warmed tofu cubes round out the meal. Whole leaf lettuce gives you the option of creating a salad or using leaves to create little wraps.
