Classic Italian stew with a seasonal twist. Cabbage, eggplant, mushrooms, red peppers, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, sweet onions and garlic in an herby tomato-based sauce. Served over a bed of creamy polenta and topped with heirloom Christmas Limas. House-made cashew-milk base included for thinning out the polenta.
